I/we do hereby consent and agree that it is satisfactory for our said minor son/daughter to compete in the Little Mr. and Miss Putnam County contest, at the Putnam County Fair on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. Kids Day at the Fair, in the entertainment tent on the midway. I/we do hereby consent and agree to hold the Putnam County Agricultural Society, Putnam County Fair Officials and contest committee, sponsors and all persons individually and collectively, associated with the promotion or conduct of the contest and/or the Fair, free and harmless from any liability for bodily injury or any other injury or damage sustained or suffered by said minor son/daughter while participating in the Little Mr. and Miss Putnam County Fair Contest.
***This contest is open to any child living in Putnam County from ages 2 thru 5 years old, but not yet in kindergarten. Participation ribbons will be awarded. Judging will take place in the entertainment tent.***
