6:00 AM – 12:00 NOON Animal may arrive on fairgrounds
8:00 AM – 12:00 NOON Rabbit & Poultry Weigh-in before penning
11:00 AM – 12:00 NOON 4-H Club Booth Set-up – Advisors put up club placings ribbons in booth (Event Center)
12:00 NOON All non-livestock entries must be in place (Event Center), Equine, Poultry & Rabbits must be in place on the fairgrounds
1:00 NOON Hogs, Sheep, Goats & Cattle must be in place on the fairgrounds, Junior Fair Office Opens
1:15 PM Barn Meeting for all Livestock (Main Show Arena)
2:00 PM Swine Weigh-in (North & South Hog Barns), Goat & Lamb Weigh-in (Goat & Sheep Barn)
3:30 PM Dairy & Crossbred Feeder Calf Weigh-in (South Hog Barn), Beef Feeder Weigh-in, followed by Dairy Steers and Market Beef Weigh-in (North Hog Barn)
5:00 PM Junior Fair Office Closes
